In the event of the appearance of severe pathological symptoms, and especially in the initial stage of the illness, the dose used should be the same as in acute conditions. As the complaints become less severe, the dosage may be reduced to the maintenance level.

Adults and children over 12: 1 tablet every 15 minutes (for 2 hours)
Children of school age (6 – 12 years): 1 tablet every 1-2 (up to 8 tablets a day)
