The remedies in this blend are often needed to re-center and balance our energy at times of change or uncertainty.This blend contains Homeopathic Gem Essences Clear Quartz 12c and Rose Quartz 12c, Bach Flower Essences: Centuary, Holly, Pine, Star of Bethlehem, Walnut, White Chestnut, Wild Oat and combination 5 Cell Salts in an alcohol and glycerine base. Combination 5 (also known as the nerve tonic) contains the 5 phosphates - Calc Phos, Ferr Phos, Kali Phos, Mag Phos and Nat Phos all in a 6x potency. They are usually taken 4 times a day but can be used as often as required when we feel we need them and are safe for children and during pregnancy.
