Cod liver oil is a great way to give your body a boost! Cod liver oil has been used for many years by many different cultures in the prevention of disease and to support general health maintenance.

This is the perfect cod liver oil providing 1060mg of total omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFAs). Made from 100% wild Arctic cod, this great tasting lemon flavoured cod liver oil is ideal if you don't like to swallow pills. The added vitamin D3 in this formula ensures that you are getting at least 1000 IU of cholecalciferol which is the natural form of vitamin D.

Omega-3 EFA’s support brain and eye health, as well as the immune, nervous and cardiovascular systems. The added vitamin D3 in this unique formula also supports bone and mood health as well as extra immune support.

Nordic Naturals has always used 100% Arctic cod livers in their cod liver oil formulas - no fish body oils or synthetic additives are ever used. Arctic cod naturally contain significant levels of the omega-3 EFAs, in particular DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). It also contains EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) as well as naturally occurring vitamins A and D.

EFA’s are nutrients that are essential for optimal health. They cannot be produced by the body so must be obtained through the diet and/or supplementation.

Suggested Use:

One teaspoon (5mls) daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional.

One serving provides the daily international recommendation (500 mg) of EPA+DHA.

Best if used within 3 months after opening.
