Sweating is natural. It removes toxins and regulates body temperature. Antiperspirants block your sweat glands using nasty chemicals like aluminium and can prevent toxins being expelled from your body. That doesn’t sound great to us.

Lone Kauri deodorant is natural, effective and responsible. Available in a variety of scents. Choose a deep, woody sandalwood scent, a citrus burst for ultimate freshness or a soothing floral tinge with rose geranium. A little goes a long way. Apply a small amount to both armpits daily to neutralise odour. A 60g tin will last 1-2 months even if you are a heavy sweater.
