When used to support memory function, add 3-5 drops to your diffuser in the room where you study or work, or where concentration is required. Repeat as necessary.
To support healthy muscles when body and mind are under stress, add 3-5 drops to 10 drops of a carrier oil, such as Olive or Almond oil, and massage into the muscles. For optimum results this recipe can be enhanced by adding 3 drops of Peppermint oil and 3 drops of Lavender True. Repeat as necessary.
To support normal digestion blend 2-3 drops in 2ml of olive oil and massage into your stomach in a clockwise direction. This recipe may be enhanced by adding 3 drops of Peppermint oil. Repeat as necessary.
